The site describes Mode's current service and starting price. It is not a contract or a binding offer for a specific project. Scope, timing, payment terms and deliverables are confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins.
Portfolio and ownership
Site design, code, logos and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Portfolio examples remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. A client project agreement defines ownership of the work delivered under that agreement.
Availability and liability
Mode may update or temporarily withdraw the site. To the extent permitted by law, Mode is not liable for indirect loss caused by relying on general website content or by temporary site unavailability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
